2024 Production

The Homes on Demand Committee is currently recruiting builders and remodelers to participate in the 30-minute TV production. The goal is to start airing in the end of May on the major local TV stations and their sister stations and on Facebook and YouTube. A social media campaign will coincide with the TV production. This is a great opportunity to highlight a new home or community, existing community, remodeling project(s), favorite project, and/or your company background and process.

Participation in the 2024 Homes on Demand production is limited to 10 builders/remodelers. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

In 2020, CRBRA launched Capital Region Homes on Demand, a 30-minute TV event featuring 12 of the association's builders and remodelers. Airing more than 25 times during the fall of 2020, Capital Region Homes on Demand gave consumers the opportunity to get to know the various companies, their work and why they love what they do. Sponsors were also able to showcase their products and services with commercials and recognition during the production. In 2021, the special featured 10 builders/remodelers and aired more than 50 times.

With a $3,000 investment, you'll receive:

• A professionally produced and edited 1.5 to two-minute segment within a 30-minute TV program that will air 40+ times this spring on major local networks and their sister stations, as well as Facebook and YouTube. 
• Includes interview filming at a location of your choice
• Video at one location plus drone footage.
• Individual page about your company on dedicated Capital Region Homes on Demand website.
• Marketing exposure leading up to and during the show’s airing schedule.
• Two dedicated social media posts on Capital Region Homes on Demand social media accounts.
• Mp4 video of your standalone segment from the show for future use.
