1. Tariffs - NAHB continues communicating with the administration about tariffs' impact on our industry and advocating for building materials exemptions. 2. Regulatory costs by state - Currently, NAHB only has national-level data (23.8%) as we don't have enough local survey responses for state/metro estimates. You can find our detailed national analysis here.
 
3. Cost calculator - While we're exploring ways to better show tariff price impacts, you might be interested in our price-out study. It shows how many households are priced out when home prices increase in different states and metros. Our 2024 study is available now, and the 2025 version will be released soon.
