CRBRA to host Green Building webinar

On Wednesday, April 20th, CRBRA will host a free webinar for its members entitled "Green Models for Site Development", produced by NAHB BuilderBooks and the Land Development Committee. This webinar is intended to walk builders and developers through the process and provide guidance on how to gain green certification for lots and sites through the National Green Building Standard.

green-buildingDuring the webinar, participants will:

  • Gain a clear understanding of the National Green Building Standard certification program and increase general knowledge of all aspects of land development covered by the Standard
  • Learn who the key NAHB and NAHB Research Center experts are who can guide attendees through the certification process
  • Learn from a successful developer whose communities attained the NGBS/ICC-700 Certification

The program will feature Ron Tyne of Rocket Properties and Edward Tombari, AICP, of NAHB Land Development Services. A discussion session will follow the webinar, and additional information will be made available to attendees. Members will receive one-and-a-half-hours of continuing education credit toward their NAHB professional designation.
