Parade of Homes ticket: $15 -valid all five days and includes a complimentary issue of October life@home Magazine.

October is the perfect time to take the scenic tour, enjoy the foliage, pass farms and apple orchards. The following set of directions starts the tour North and provides driving directions to the next closest Parade House and so on. If you don't have the time that day to tour all 12 homes, refer to the interactive map above to get directions from your starting point to the next house on the tour. Note: some of the new streets may not appear on all GPS systems so remember to bring your copy of the October issue of life@home, published by the Times Union, featuring the Parade of Homes with maps and directions.
SCENIC DIRECTIONS-
To Woodscape: Northway to Exit 17, R on 9N for 1.5 miles, R on Rt. 197/Reynolds Road for 2 miles, Left on 32N for .5 miles L on Alders, L onto Sage, L on Woodscape, R on Amber house on right .
To Schuyler Point from Woodscape: Back to 32 follow south for 5 miles. Left toward Saratoga immediate R past Stewarts onto 50South for 5 miles at light L on Edie road for 1 mile at stop sign L on Louden Road for 3miles, R of Ashleigh
To Links at McGregor: Back out Louden Road 3 miles R on Edie Road at light L onto 50S 1.5 miles at Stewarts turn R onto Jones Road for 1 mile, R on Jodi Lane, quick left on Cobble Hill Road
To 45 Greenfield Ave: Cobble Hill, R on Jodi Lane, R on Jones Road, follow 2+ miles to Rt. 50, R onto Rt. 50, at 3rd traffic light turn R onto Rock Street, 2 stop signs, one block up property on Right.
To The Elms at Saratoga: Back on Green field Ave, R onto Broadway, travel through downtown Saratoga, Holiday Inn on right at traffic light take sharp right onto West Circular St., 4th left onto Joseph Street, left at sign to Parade Home.
To Silver Level Green House built by McCormick Carpentry: Joseph Street, left on West Circular St. at stop light turn R West Avenue, approximately mile turn L onto Rt 29 at stop light. approximately 22 miles. At the intersection of Second Ave (Stewarts on your right and this is a traffic light intersection), take a left onto South Second Ave. Take immediate left onto Broad Street. Travel 0.2 mile and take first right onto Hilltop Rd. . Retrace directions back to W. Circular and on to Angelina Estates.
To Angelina Estates (2 homes): Follow Elm Street back to W. Circular, right onto W. Circular, R onto Hamilton, 2nd left onto Lincoln Ave, first R onto S. Broadway, follow 2 miles turn left onto Kaydeross Ave (PJ’s BBQ), 2nd R onto Nelson Ave(County Rd. 64, slight left at Manning Road, Sophia Marie on right. Visit Houses # 7 & #8 Sophia Marie Lane.
To Preston Court: R onto Manning Road, stay right past Saratoga Lake, continue approximately 3 miles to traffic light, Turn R onto 9N, take 87 South to Exit 10, turn right and take 2nd left on Van Patten Drive to end, R at stop sign, Left at next stop sign onto Main Street, Preston Court on left.
To Sheldon Hills: Right on Main Street, R on Carlton Rad, L on Kinns follow Kinns and turns into Farm to Market Road, Bear R on Anthony Road follow several miles to stop sign, L on Vosburgh, stop sign, straight across into Sheldon Hills follow Parade of Homes signs.
To Barbera Homes: Turn Left out of Sheldon Hills onto Rt. 146, bear right to continue on Rt. 146 approximately 3 miles to I-87 North to Exit 6, Route 7 (West) to a left on Balltown Road, follow Balltown to a left on Consaul Road. Proceed 2 miles to a right on Fieldstone Drive.
To Witt Construction: Retrace directions Consaul Road, to Balltown to Rt. 7 East to I-87 South Take exit 5 toward Latham; head east off the exit onto NY-155 E / Watervliet Shaker Rd. Go approximately 3 miles and turn right onto East Hills Boulevard; end at 7 East Hills Blvd. Destination will be on the right
