Mike Roohan has been building and remodeling homes for over 25 years.   In the last 10 years, he has focused on the adaptive reuse and repurposing of historic, abandoned and underutilized  buildings in the Saratoga Springs area.  His conversion of 114 Middle Avenue  from an abandoned warehouse to a single family home was featured in the 2006 Parade of Homes. He also received recognition from the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation for adaptive reuse, and his project was the cover and feature article in House Beautiful’s Home Remodeling magazine April 2006.
